Siang Oil’s parent company, Bertram Chemical, began in the late 1950s when 2 Chinese immigrants met for the first time. Subsequently, one of them, a well-known traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) practitioner, taught the other one of the most potent Chinese medical formulas he had ever known.
