Directions in using Nutren

Follow doctor’s instructions. Isocal tube feeding may be given by continuous drip or at intervals. It can be initiated at full strength. However, the rate should be adjusted for the comfort of the patients. For malnourished individuals or those who have not been nourished via the intestinal tract for several days, it is advisable to establish the regimen gradually; feed less than the caloric requirements on the first day.

Recommended Daily Intake: Up to five packs a day or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

Serving Instructions: Oral Feeding, chill before serving.

Storage: Store at room temperature. Once opened, cover and refrigerate; discard if not used within 24 hours.

Use under medical supervision. Suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Not suitable for children below 4 years of age. Not for parenteral use.
