 Highly precise – Terumo thermometers guarantee two very precise methods to measure body temperature, ensuring the precision of + / – 0,1°C for real-time measurements. In the “predictive” mode a microprocessor calculates the body temperature within 30 seconds either oral or rectal. In the “real-time” mode the heat sensor is measured until no further temperature increases can be detected anymore. The temperature is not calculated based on an algorithm but actually measured.

Extremely long lifespan – Terumo thermometers enable a minimum of 10.000 measurements. The long lifespan reduces hospital costs and protects the environment as fewer items need to be purchased.

Easy to use – Terumo thermometers are equipped with a switchless system. This system automatically turns the thermometer on and off when taken out or put back into the storage case. No risk that batteries could be taken out and swallowed accidentally.
