    The product is working fine but the instructions about the set-up is in Chinese. This is fine with me as I understand the language. Perhaps this piece of information should also be included in the description of the product in the catalogue? Food for thought. Anyway, I will be purchasing another piece of the same product.

    I am Dr. Mohammad Shihabul Haque from NTU. I use dozens of IP cameras from various manufacturers, for my smart city project. I can tell you with confidence that the V380 IP camera has some interesting features that you may not find in an expensive, branded IP camera. One such feature is its loud siren which is triggered when motion is detected. You can make your own schedule to arm the siren. On a 16GB SD card, this camera can record for almost 7 days. It can broadcast video to smart phone in HD and SD version. You do not need any LAN cable or wifi to connect the camera to your smartphone within a room. However, you can use wifi to monitor the camera from overseas. The only drawback is, this camera has no Ethernet/RJ45 port to connect to the router directly. Like all other IP cameras, this camera cannot connect to 5G wifi.
