I did not receive your emails/I’m not receiving your emails
We need to make sure you are receiving our emails, or you may miss out on receipt, recover password, transactional and promotional emails from us.
To ensure you are receiving our emails:
- check your spam folder, and if you find our emails in the folder, mark the email as “Not spam”
- if you are using Gmail, check your Promotions Tab, move the email to the Primary Tab and do this for all future conversations
You want to add email@example.com to your email contact as well to increase the deliverability.
