  1. Hi pls I asked for a replacement as the item had a defect. There is no Wednesday on the box. There are 2 Monday boxes. No one has replied.

  4. You delivered the masks that were not BFE>95%, took back the masks around 25 May after I wrote 3 emails and numerous phone calls, until today, 26 June, I still have not received my refund, which customer service said I will get it 7 working days after they collected back the wrong masks. So it’s atrocious to say the least! And no body answer the phone! I still want my refund.
